All praise is due to Allah, by whose justice the heavens and the earth are sustained, and who has ordained the establishment of justice as the very foundation of civilization and the stability of societies. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, and upon his family and companions altogether.
The Board of Grievances is the authority of administrative justice in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It undertakes the responsibility of entrenching the rule of law, exercising judicial oversight over administrative actions, safeguarding rights, and reinforcing the principle of legality, in a manner that embodies effective administrative justice and strengthens confidence in state institutions.
The Board has witnessed a progressive developmental trajectory that has consolidated its specialization in administrative justice and firmly established its organizational and judicial structure upon clear legal foundations and a deeply rooted judicial methodology, in alignment with national transformations and responsive to the demands of accelerated development.
In light of the generous support extended to the judicial sector by the wise leadership—may Allah protect them—the Board of Grievances has continued to advance its procedures, enhance operational efficiency, and elevate the quality of its judicial and administrative services through an integrated institutional framework. This framework contributes to the expeditious adjudication of disputes, the enhancement of litigants’ experience, and the attainment of the highest standards of governance and transparency.
The forthcoming phase represents a continuation of the journey of construction and development through the integration of efforts, investment in national competencies, and the adoption of modern technologies, with the aim of entrenching an independent administrative judiciary distinguished by efficiency and integrity, contributing to the protection of rights, the promotion of legal stability, and the reinforcement of confidence in administrative justice.
Being fully cognizant of the magnitude of the trust and responsibility, we pledge before Allah and then before the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and the Crown Prince—may Allah protect them—to exert our utmost efforts to elevate the performance of the Board of Grievances and its courts, to fulfill the aspirations of our wise leadership—may Allah protect them—and to serve the country, the citizen, and the resident.
We ask Allah for success and guidance, and that He may continue to bestow upon our country security, stability, and prosperity.
And Allah is the Grantor of success.
